Balaneion is based in the paradise town of Knysna in the Garden Route, Western Cape, South Africa with its lush indigenous forests and tranquil lagoon. You will be surprised to know that Knysna, known as a holiday destination, has a booming and productive industrial hub.

Balaneion Mineral Cast Products is a manufacturing facility specializing in resin, fillers and fibreglass products. Our signature and specialized product is the Aqua Slab shower floor – it is not a shower tray but basically a cast “one tile” shower floor which we can cast to any size, shape and colour and it will compliment any bathroom. Here at Balaneion we also manufacture fibreglass and resin products and we even do repairs to damaged fibreglass.

Since 2004, we have manufactured and supplied thousands of shower floors to many large hotel projects, apartment block projects and housing developments. And of course, we also manufacture and supply to the small private projects. The small projects, one product only is just as important to us as the large hotel projects where up to 300 products are supplied.

• Waste & Trap

  
  
  A 90mm trap is fitted to the cast shower floor and it must be a unit which allows the trap to sit flush under the slab.
